Vital Self:

Subtle Movements for Heart, Mind, Body & Spirit

Vital Self: Subtle Movements for Heart, Mind, Body & Spirit is an 8-week class focused on moving our bodies in healthy, flowing, smooth and subtle ways that provide great benefit to our physical and energy body. The class is suitable for all age groups. The movements are gentle and slow but profoundly effective.

All classes are recorded and can be accessed live, or viewed later at your own pace for at least a year after you register.

Starting July 12, 2101, the class takes place each Monday evening from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Pacific Time. Occasionally, we add support material such as podcasts and interviews which supplement and support the class. You will be informed when they are added, even after the class has completed.
