Vital Self:

Subtle Movements for Heart, Mind, Body & Spirit

Applying the principles of Part 1 we go deeper into the practice of moving energy in the body as we attune to Spirit for health and well-being.

This is an 8-week class focused on moving our bodies in healthy, flowing, smooth and subtle ways that provide great benefit to our physical and energy body. The class is suitable for all age groups. The movements are gentle and slow but profoundly effective.

All classes are recorded and can be accessed live, or viewed later at your own pace for at least a year after you register.

Note: You must have taken Vital Self: Subtle Movements - Part 1 to participate in this class.
